Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Westroo Travels! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a tour or vehicle with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Tour Packages: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid one day before the completion of the tour. Any additional charges, such as for exceeding the allocated kilometers, must be settled before your departure.

  • Vehicle Hire: 50% of the Full payment is required at the time of booking for vehicle hire services.

  • Hotel Bookings: If requested, hotel bookings will be arranged. Full payment for hotel bookings must be made at the time of booking. While we strive to book hotels according to your preferences, we do not take responsibility for the quality of their services.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Tour Packages: Cancellations made 5 days before the tour will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Vehicle Hire: Cancellations made 5 days before the hire date will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the hire date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Hotel Bookings: Cancellations for hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or avoid additional costs.

4. Liability

  • Westroo Travels will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from services provided by third parties, including but not limited to hotels, transportation providers, and other travel-related services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential issues during their trip.

5. Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their tour. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

6. Health and Safety

  • Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. We will make reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee the availability of all services.

7. Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of booking and delivering our services.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
